Notice of Acquisitions; Proposals Regarding Prohibited Transactions. Shareholder hxxxxx agrees to notify TCFC promptly (and in any event within two (2) Business Days) in writing of the number of any additional shares of SHBI Common Stock or other securities of SHBI of which Shareholder acquires beneficial or record ownership on or after the date hereof. Shareholder will comply with the provisions of Section 6.07(b) of the Merger Agreement as if he, she or it were SHBI.
