During the term of this Agreement, upon the written request of Parent, each Stockholder hereby agrees to disclose to Parent in writing the number of any additional shares of Company Common Stock or other voting securities of the Company of which such Stockholder acquires Beneficial Ownership on or after the date hereof, such written disclosure to be made by such Stockholder within five Business Days of such written request from Parent. The filing of a Form 4 by such Stockholder with the Securities and Exchange Commission shall be deemed to be full compliance by such Stockholder with the obligations under this Section 4.04.
