Common use of Notice of Action Clause in Contracts

Notice of Action. The Obligors will promptly notify the Administrative Agent and the Lenders in writing of any threatened action, investigation or inquiry by any Governmental Authority of which any Obligor has knowledge in connection with any Environmental Laws, excluding routine testing and corrective action which might result in the Borrower or any Subsidiary being liable for the payment or performance of obligations in excess of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000) with respect to any such event or in excess of One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000) in the aggregate with respect to all such events.
