Notice of Affiliate Purchases. In connection with the purchase or sale of any Note or any beneficial interest therein by the Company or any Affiliate thereof (other than a sale to the Initial Purchasers pursuant to the Purchase Agreement, dated as of April 19, 2006, by and among the Company and the Initial Purchasers), the Company shall file with the Trustee and Registrar a written notice identifying the transaction as such for the purposes hereof.
