Common use of Notice of allocation of New Securities Clause in Contracts

Notice of allocation of New Securities. ‌ No later than five Business Days after the Board has made the allocations of New Securities under clause 9.6, the Board must notify each Shareholder that has made a Subscription Application of: (a) allocation: its allocation of New Securities; (b) price payable: the total price payable for those New Securities; (c) subscribers: the names of the other Shareholders that made a Subscription Application (if any) and the number of New Securities allocated to them; and (d) unallocated New Securities: the number of New Securities that are yet to be allocated (if any).
