Common use of Notice of Amendment Clause in Contracts

Notice of Amendment. The SPV or the Originator shall promptly notify the Agent of any amendment, modification or supplement to the Revolving Credit Agreement, Master Note Purchase Agreement, Intercreditor Agreement or the Pledge Agreement that could have any effect on the transactions contemplated by the Transaction Documents.
