Notice of Amendments to Designated Partnership Organizational Documents. In the event that any Designated Partnership intends to amend or otherwise modify its organizational documents in a manner that could reasonably be expected to be materially adverse to the Administrative Agent or the Lenders, then the Borrower shall deliver to the Administrative Agent reasonable prior written notice of (and a final, unexecuted copy of) such amendment or other modification and any other details thereof reasonably requested by the Administrative Agent.
