Notice of an Assistance Event. DIR will provide Service Provider with written notice of an Assistance Event. Such notice will include a description of the Services that are to be terminated or discontinued, the affected DIR Customers, and the anticipated effective date of the Assistance Event. DIR may modify or update any of the information provided in the initial notice of an Assistance Event from time to time by a supplemental notice from DIR to Service Provider.
