Notice of Bankruptcy. Each party hereto shall inform the other party hereto of its intention to file a voluntary petition in bankruptcy or its learning of another's intention to file an involuntary petition in bankruptcy in respect of such party to be receive at least thirty (30) days prior to filing (or learning of) such a petition or intention. A party's filing without conforming to this requirement shall be deemed a material, pre-petition incurable breach.
