Common use of Notice of Bids Clause in Contracts

Notice of Bids. The Agent shall give telephonic notice to the Company no later than 9:15 A.M., Chicago time, on the proposed Borrowing Date, of the number of Competitive Bids made, the Yield with respect to each proposed Bid Loan, the Interest Period applicable thereto and the maximum principal amount of each Bid Loan in respect of which a Competitive Bid was made and the identity of the Bank making each bid. The Agent shall send a summary of all Competitive Bids received by the Agent to the Company as soon as practicable after receipt of a Competitive Bid from each Bank that has made a Competitive Bid.
