Notice of Borrowing; Letter of Credit Application. The Administrative Agent (and the Issuing Bank, in the case of any issuance of Letter a Credit) shall have received, as applicable (i) a Notice of Borrowing in the case of Loans, as required under Section 2.03(a) or Section 2.03(b), as applicable, or (ii) in the case of any issuance of any Letter of Credit, a Letter of Credit Application, as required under Section 3.02 and/or (iii) a Notice of Conversion/Continuation, as required under Section 2.04.
