Notice of Borrowing; Letter of Credit. The Administrative Agent shall have received a Notice of Borrowing in accordance with Section 2.5(a) or the Administrative Agent and the Issuing Lender shall have received a Letter of Credit Application in accordance with Section 2.3(b), as the case may be.
