Common use of Notice of breach of Warranties Clause in Contracts

Notice of breach of Warranties. The Company hereby undertakes to forthwith notify the Sole Sponsor and the Sole Representative (for itself and on behalf of the Hong Kong Underwriters) in writing if it comes to its knowledge that any of the Warranties is untrue, inaccurate, misleading or breached in any respect or ceases to be true and accurate or becomes misleading or breached in any respect at any time up to the last to occur of the dates and times specified in Clause 8.2 or if it becomes aware of any event or circumstances which would or might cause any of the Warranties to become untrue, inaccurate, misleading or breached in any respect.

The Company hereby undertakes to forthwith immediately notify the Sole Sponsor Joint Sponsors and the Sole Representative Joint Representatives (for itself themselves and on behalf of the Joint Bookrunners and the Hong Kong Underwriters) in writing if it comes to its knowledge that any of the Warranties is untrue, inaccurate, misleading or breached in any respect or ceases to be true and accurate or becomes misleading or breached in any respect at any time up to the last to occur of the dates and times specified in Clause 8.2 or if it becomes aware of any event or circumstances which would or might cause any of the Warranties to become untrue, inaccurate, inaccurate or misleading or breached in any respect.
