Notice of Buyer Transfer. Buyer shall provide Seller with at least 45 days notice of any proposed Transfer and shall provide Seller with such information and documentation relating to the proposed Transfer and the proposed transferee as Seller may reasonably request, which shall include all information necessary to evaluate the qualifications of the proposed transferee, including but not limited to a copy of all agreements documenting the proposed Transfer.
