Notice of Canadian Dollar Eurodollar Rate. If any Canadian Bid Borrowing is to consist of Eurodollar Margin Loans, the Administrative Agent shall determine the Canadian Dollar Eurodollar Rate for the relevant Interest Period, and promptly after making such determination, shall notify the Canadian Borrower and the Canadian Lenders that will be participating in such Canadian Bid Borrowing of such Canadian Dollar Eurodollar Rate.
