Notice of Cancellation or Reduction in Coverage. In the event that any coverage required in this Agreement is canceled, reduced, limited, or materially affected in any other manner, Consultant shall provide written notice to the City either by facsimile and/or via certified mail, at Consultant’s earliest possible opportunity and in no case later than fifteen (15) calendar days after Consultant is notified of the change in coverage.
