Notice of Certain Amendments. Within five (5) Business Days of the execution of any amendment or modification of any Issuer Related Document or any FleetCo Related Document, the Issuer Administrator shall provide written notification of such amendment or modification to Standard & Poor’s, Fitch Ratings or Xxxxx’x respectively for so long as Standard & Poor’s, Fitch Ratings or Xxxxx’x, as applicable, is rating any Commercial Paper; provided that the Funding Agent with respect to the Investor Group that issues any such Commercial Paper shall notify the Issuer Administrator in writing whether such Commercial Paper is rated by Standard & Poor’s, Fitch Ratings or Xxxxx’x.
