Common use of Notice of Certain Prepayments Clause in Contracts

Notice of Certain Prepayments. If the Corporation is required to make payments pursuant to Section 7.14 of the Original Indenture, the Corporation shall give notice thereof to the Borrower, which notice shall state the circumstances under which such payments are to be made. Such notice shall be given not later than the first date on which the Corporation is required to give notice to the Trustee or to take any other action with respect to such payments. Failure to give any such notice to the Borrower or any defect therein shall not, however, affect the obligation of the Borrower to make the payments required under subsection (a) of this Section 6.
