Seller shall provide Notice to Buyer within one Business Day if there is a termination of, or cessation of service under, any agreement required in order for the Generating Facility to (a) interconnect with the Transmission Provider’s electric system, (b) transmit and deliver electric energy to the Delivery Point, or (c) own and operate any CAISO-Approved Meter.
