Notice of Change in Beneficial Ownership. The Borrowers will promptly notify the Administrative Agent and each Managing Agent of any change in the information provided in the Beneficial Ownership Certification for any of either Borrower, the Servicer, the Performance Guarantor or any Originator that would result in a change to the list of beneficial owners identified therein.
