Notice of Change in Beneficial Ownership. The Servicer will promptly notify the Administrative Agent and each Managing Agent of any change in the information provided in the Beneficial Ownership Certification for any of the Borrowers, the Servicer, the Performance Guarantor or any Originator that would result in a change to the list of beneficial owners identified therein.
