NOTICE OF CHANGE IN CONTACT PERSON OR KEY PERSONNEL OR MATTERS IMPACTING CONTRACT. The Grantee will notify their assigned DFPS Contract Manager within ten days of any change to the Grantee’s Contact Person or Key Personnel in the Contract or any matter impacting the Contract, which includes but is not limited to changes to Grantee's name or identity, ownership, control, governing board membership, any problem or potential problem associated with its performance or services, or payee identification number.
