Common use of NOTICE OF CHANGE IN CONTROL NOTICE EVENT Clause in Contracts

NOTICE OF CHANGE IN CONTROL NOTICE EVENT. In the event of the obtaining of knowledge of a Change in Control Notice Event by any Responsible Official (including, without limitation, via the receipt of notice of a Change in Control Notice Event from any holder of Notes), the Company will, within five (5) Business Days after such obtaining of knowledge, give notice of such Change in Control Notice Event to each holder of Notes. Such notice will (i) refer to this Section 8.6(a), (ii) be dated the date of the sending of such notice, (iii) specify, in reasonable detail, the nature and date of the Change in Control Notice Event, and (iv) be executed by a Responsible Official.

Such Each such notice willshall: (i) refer to this Section 8.6(a), (ii) be dated the date of the sending of such notice,; (ii) be executed by a Senior Officer; (iii) refer to this Section 1.5; and (iv) specify, in reasonable detail, the nature and date of the Change in Control Notice Event, and (iv) be executed by a Responsible Official.

Such notice will (i) refer to this Section 8.6(a4.6(a), (ii) be dated the date of the sending of such notice, (iii) specify, in reasonable detail, the nature and date of the Change in Control Notice Event, and (iv) be executed by a Responsible OfficialSenior Officer.
