Notice of Change of Address. Each Pledgor shall furnish to the Collateral Agent at least thirty (30) days’ prior written notice of any change in the address of such Pledgor’s principal place of business or chief executive office (as described on Schedule I), the name of such Pledgor, or its state of formation.
