Common use of Notice of Change of Beneficiary Clause in Contracts

Notice of Change of Beneficiary. Immediately prior to any transfer of Option Shares to the Optionholder's Trust, the Optionholder shall provide WCP with a copy of the instruments creating the Optionholder's Trust and with the identity of the beneficiaries of the Optionholder's Trust. The Optionholder shall notify WCP immediately prior to any change in the identity of any beneficiary of the Optionholder's Trust.
