Common use of Notice of Charge and Assignment and Acknowledgement Clause in Contracts

Notice of Charge and Assignment and Acknowledgement. The Collateral Account Bank agrees that promptly upon receipt of a notice of charge and assignment signed by the Issuer, in the form of notice set out in Part 1 of Schedule 1 (Form of Notices) hereto, the Collateral Account Bank shall sign and duly return to the Issuer, with a copy to the Security Trustee, an acknowledgement in (or substantially in) the form of acknowledgement set out in Part 2 of Schedule 1 (Form of Notices) hereto.
