Safe Streets USA LLC, et. al., Civil Action No. 20-cv-62325 (together the “Actions”). You may be a class member in the proposed settlement and may be entitled to participate in the proposed settlement. • The United States District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina has ordered the issuance of this notice in the Actions. Safe Streets USA LLC (“Safe Streets”) denies it did anything wrong and has defended itself throughout the Actions. The Court has not decided who is right. Both sides have agreed to settle the dispute to avoid burdensome and costly litigation. • If the Court gives final approval to the Settlement Agreement, Safe Streets will create a fund of $1,500,000.00. You may be eligible to receive a pro rata share of the settlement after the deduction of Settlement Class Counsel’s Fees, Costs, and Expenses Award (see Section 11 below), Plaintiffs’ Service Payments (see Section 12 below), and Administration Costs from the Settlement Fund (see Section 13 below), if you submit a timely and valid Claim Form. They also agree to change their labeling and to provide money to Settlement Class Members who submit Valid Claims. Dollar General denies any wrongdoing. • You are included in the class if you purchased any Dollar General ground coffee products in the United States that Safe Streets USA LLCduring the Class Period, Acquity, LLC, Perfectvision Manufacturing Inc., Tektiks Innovative Network USA Inc., Simple Home 360 Inc., MWT & S Biz, LLC and/or their respective subcontractors (hereinafter “the Parties”) called from May 10January 1, 2015 through the date of the preliminary approval order to Month 00, 2021.
