Notice of Collateral Agent’s Interest. In the event that the Seller shall sell or otherwise transfer any interest in accounts receivable or any other financial assets (other than as contemplated by the Transaction Documents), any computer tapes or files or other documents or instruments provided by the Seller in connection with any such sale or transfer shall disclose the Purchaser’s ownership of the applicable percentage of the PSL Revenues and the Collateral Agent’s security interest therein.
