In the event that the Debtor, AmeriCredit or AMC shall sell or otherwise transfer any interest in accounts receivable, the Servicer shall disclose on any computer tapes or other documents or instruments provided by the Servicer in connection with any such sale or transfer the Debtor’s ownership of the Receivables and the Servicer’s interest therein.
