Notice of Collateral Disposition. Any notice required to be given by Bank of a sale, lease or other disposition of the Collateral or any other intended action by Bank, deposited in the United States mail, postage prepaid and duly addressed to Borrower at its principal place of business specified on the signature page to this Agreement not less than ten (10) days prior to such proposed action, shall constitute commercially reasonable and fair notice to Borrower thereof.
