Common use of Notice of Competition Clause in Contracts

Notice of Competition. Employee agrees that, should Employee wish to directly or indirectly compete with or assist others in competing with any of the businesses of the Company, Employee will first provide written notice to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, Vice-President, Administration, or the Human Resources Department, at least seven (7) days before doing so.
