In the event any Party hereto is required to disclose any confidential information pursuant to applicable law, such Party shall promptly notify each other Party in writing, which notification shall include the nature of the legal requirement and the extent of the required disclosure, and shall cooperate with each other Party to preserve the confidentiality of such information consistent with applicable law.
