Notice of Compulsory Disclosure. In the event any Seller is required to disclose any confidential information pursuant to applicable law, such Seller shall promptly notify Purchaser in writing, which notification shall include the nature of the legal requirement and the extent of the required disclosure, and shall cooperate with to preserve the confidentiality of such information consistent with applicable law.
