Common use of Notice of Creditable Service Clause in Contracts

Notice of Creditable Service. When a teacher is first employed in the District, the teacher shall provide the District with the amount of the teacher’s total creditable service with TRS and any other service which may be purchased or available for creditable service with TRS. Newly hired teachers will provide this information by December 1 of the first year of employment. Currently employed teachers shall provide this same information by April 1 of the first year of this Agreement.
