Common use of Notice of Deemed Exercise to Special Warrantholders Clause in Contracts

Notice of Deemed Exercise to Special Warrantholders. Upon receipt of the Exercise Notice from the Corporation in accordance with Section 3.7, the Special Warrant Agent shall give written notice, in the form to be provided by the Corporation to the Special Warrant Agent, the Agent, to each holder of a Special Warrant concurrently with delivery of the certificates or other evidence of ownership representing the Underlying Securities in accordance with Section 5.3.

Notice of Deemed Exercise to Special Warrantholders. Upon receipt of the Exercise Notice written notice from the Corporation in accordance with Section 3.7, the Special Warrant Agent shall give written notice, in the form to be provided by the Corporation to the Special Warrant Agent, the Agent, to each holder of a Special Warrant (in the form to be provided by the Corporation to the Special Warrant Agent) concurrently with delivery of the certificates or other evidence of ownership representing the Underlying Securities Convertible Debentures in accordance with Section 5.34.2.
