Notice of Default/Claims. Except as expressly disclosed in this Agreement, the Vendor has not received any notice of any default, violation or termination of any of the Pre-Need Contracts (other than individual cancellations of Pre-Need Contracts within the ordinary course of business), Material Contracts, Leases or other contracts entered into by the Vendor which will, or is likely to, result in such a default, violation or termination;
Notice of Default/Claims. None of Mineral Ridge, the Vendor or CRL has received, from any Governmental Authority or a third party, any notice of violation of any law or regulation or of any default, violation or termination of any permits and licenses or of any fact or circumstance which shall, or is likely to, result in such a default, violation or termination.
Notice of Default/Claims the Company shall furnish to Holder prompt written notice, and in any event within ten (10) days after Maker acquires knowledge, of (x) the occurrence of any Default under this Note, and (y) any claims, legal or arbitration proceedings, before any governmental authority, or disputes, pending, or, to the best knowledge of the Company, threatened, against the Company which could reasonably be expect to cause a material adverse effect on the Company.

Except as expressly disclosed in this Agreement, MOB has not received any notice of any default, violation or termination of any of the Material Contracts, Lease or other contracts entered into by MOB which will, or is likely to, result in such a default, violation or termination;
