Common use of Notice of Default or Acceleration Clause in Contracts

Notice of Default or Acceleration. Promptly and in no event more than two (2) Business Days after receipt by any DT Entity, copies of any notice of breach, default, acceleration or mandatory prepayment (or similar notice) received by any DT Entity from any holder of any Indebtedness (or agent on behalf of one or more such holders) under the Subordinated Loan Agreement, any Warehouse Facility or the Inventory Facility and promptly and in no event more than two (2) Business Days after delivery by any DT Entity, copies of any notice of breach or default delivered by any DT Entity thereunder.
