Common use of Notice of Default or Adverse Occurrence Clause in Contracts

Notice of Default or Adverse Occurrence. The Lessee shall promptly inform the Lessor of any occurrence of which it becomes aware which might adversely affect its ability to perform any of its obligations under this Lease and the other Operative Documents to which the Lessee is a party or the ability of either Guarantor to perform its obligations under the Guaranty and, without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, it will inform the Lessor of the occurrence of or the existence of a Default forthwith upon becoming aware of such Default.
