Common use of Notice of Default or Events of Default Clause in Contracts

Notice of Default or Events of Default. If a default or an Event of Default occurs and is continuing and the Trustee has received notice thereof, the Trustee shall mail to each Securityholder notice of the default or Event of Default within 30 days after it occurs or, if later, within 15 Business Days after the Trustee has received notice thereof. However, the Trustee may withhold the notice if and so long as such default or Event of Default has been cured or waived, or a committee of its Trust Officers in good faith determines that withholding notice is in the interests of Securityholders, except in the case of a default or an Event of Default in payment of the Accreted Principal Amount of or interest on any Security.
