NOTICE OF DEFAULT TO BUILDER. If Builder commits a Builder Event of Default, prior to exercising any remedy granted by this Contract or by law, Xxxxx shall deliver written notice of such default to Builder. If the Builder Event of Default is not cured within fifteen (15) days after delivery of the written notice (Builder’s Cure Period), Buyer may exercise any remedy specified below, subject to the terms of this Contract.
