Notice of Default under Operative Documents. The Borrower agrees to give the Secured Party prompt (and in no event more than two Business Days thereafter) written notice of each default coming to the Borrower’s attention on the part of any Person under any of the Operative Documents or under any agreement or instrument pursuant to which the Investments are issued, which notice shall specify the obligations that are in default and the Operative Document or other instrument or agreement under which the default occurred (and shall make specific references to this Section 4.09).
