Notice of Defect, Breach or Repurchase Request. Following its receipt from the Depositor, the Master Servicer shall provide a copy of the CCRE Purchase Agreement to the Primary Servicer. The Primary Servicer shall notify the Master Servicer in writing within five (5) Business Days after the Primary Servicer discovers or receives notice alleging a Defect or a Breach or receives a Repurchase Communication of a Repurchase, a Repurchase Request, a Repurchase Request Rejection or a Repurchase Request Withdrawal. The Primary Servicer shall promptly, but in no event later than five (5) Business Days after receipt, provide to the Master Servicer a copy of any written Repurchase Request, Repurchase Request Withdrawal, Repurchase or Repurchase Request Rejection received by the Primary Servicer and such other information in the possession of the Primary Servicer reasonably requested by the Master Servicer to fulfill its obligations under Section 2.03(d) of the Pooling and Servicing Agreement. The Primary Servicer shall promptly provide to the Master Servicer any Certificateholder Repurchase Request received by the Primary Servicer and such other information in the possession of the Primary Servicer reasonably requested by the Master Servicer to fulfill its obligations under Section 2.03(j) of the Pooling and Servicing Agreement.
