Upon any determination by Administrative Agent that any Lender constitutes a Defaulting Lender, Administrative Agent shall promptly provide Prologis with notice of such determination; provided that any failure to so notify Prologis of such determination shall not have any effect on the status of such Lender as a Defaulting Lender.
