Notice of Determination of Defaulting Lender. Upon any determination by Global Administrative Agent or any Funding Agent that any Lender constitutes a Defaulting Lender, Global Administrative Agent or such Funding Agent, as applicable, shall promptly provide Prologis with notice of such determination; provided that any failure to so notify Prologis of such determination shall not have any effect on the status of such Lender as a Defaulting Lender.
