Common use of Notice of Disallowed Costs Clause in Contracts

Notice of Disallowed Costs. If CSD determines that further information and/or documentation provided by Contractor has not fully addressed or resolved any outstanding issues of questioned costs, CSD shall issue a Notice of Disallowed Costs, which notice shall include: (a) the amount of disallowed costs to be repaid, if any; and (b) the date by which repayment must be made or, in the alternative, (c) the date by which Contractor must submit a proposed repayment plan for consideration by CSD.
