Notice of Discharge of Hazardous Material or Environmental Complaint. Promptly provide to the Agent true, accurate and complete copies of any and all letters, notices, complaints, orders, directives, claims, or citations received by the Borrower or any Subsidiary relating to any (a) violation or alleged violation by the Borrower or any Subsidiary of any applicable Environmental Laws; (b) release or threatened release into the environment by the Borrower or any Subsidiary, or by any Person handling, transporting or disposing of any Hazardous Material on behalf of the Borrower or any Subsidiary, or at any facility or property owned or leased or operated by the Borrower or a Subsidiary, of any Hazardous Material, except where occurring legally; or (c) liability or alleged liability of the Borrower or any Subsidiary for the costs of cleaning up, removing, remediating or responding to a release of Hazardous Materials.
