Common use of Notice of Disqualification Events Clause in Contracts

Notice of Disqualification Events. Each of PrivateCo and PublicCo will notify the Buyers in writing, prior to the Shares Closing Date of (i) any Disqualification Event relating to any PrivateCo Covered Person or PublicCo Covered Person, respectively, and (ii) any event that would, with the passage of time, reasonably be expected to become a Disqualification Event relating to any PrivateCo Covered Person or PublicCo Covered Person, respectively.
