Notice of Dissolution/Termination. (a) Upon the occurrence of a Dissolution Event, the Board shall, within thirty (30) days thereafter, provide written notice thereof to each of the Unit Holders, and the Board may notify its known claimants and/or publish notice as further provided in the Act.
