Common use of Notice of Effective Date Clause in Contracts

Notice of Effective Date. The Administrative Agent shall, as soon as reasonably practicable, notify the [Borrower] and the Additional [Term/Revolving Credit] Lenders once it has received all of the documents and evidence set out on Schedule 3 to this Joinder Agreement in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent (acting reasonably, on the instructions of the Additional [Term/Revolving Credit] Lenders).

Notice of Effective Date.
