Common use of Notice of Effective Date Clause in Contracts

Notice of Effective Date. Promptly upon receipt of the items set forth above, the Administrative Agent shall notify the Banks that all of the conditions of Section 10.1 have been satisfied and that the Majority Banks have approved this Agreement. As soon as practical thereafter, the Administrative Agent shall distribute an original counterpart of the WMI Joinder and this Agreement to each Bank, together with copies of other items delivered in connection with the closing of this Agreement.
