Notice of Election Under Section 83(b). If the Restricted Stockholder makes an election under Section 83(b) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, and the regulations and rulings promulgated thereunder, he will provide a copy thereof to the Company within thirty days of the filing of such election with the Internal Revenue Service.
